My primary approach is Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) , a structured, collaborative and time-limited form of therapy that helps you understand the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships, and how those patterns may have developed over time.
Alongside CAT, I draw on a range of other evidence-based approaches depending on your individual needs. My style of working is warm, curious and collaborative. You are the expert in your own life, my role is to help you make sense of it.
I have particular expertise in trauma, attachment difficulties, and neurodivergent presentations including PDA, ADHD and autism.
