Fees are reviewed annually. Any proposed changes will be communicated with at least three calendar months' notice. Payment is due by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before each session.
Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge. Where possible an alternative time in the same week will be offered.
50% of the session fee is payable if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment.
The full session fee is payable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment.
You will not be charged. A full refund will be given if payment has already been made, and I will offer an alternative appointment.
